Support Professional
MODA Technology Partners is actively engaged in the development of revolutionary pharmaceutical software products and is seeking senior support professionals with hands-on technical and customer service experience.Qualifications:
- Six years of Help Desk and/or field client support experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Specific experience with environmental monitoring, quality assurance/control, GAMP-based software validation and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting tablet PCs, bar code scanning equipment, thermal printers.ing equipment, thermal printers.
- Experience with Windows XP and/or Windows XP Tablet version.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server 2000 database platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting wireless equipment.
This position will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Help Desk team to resolve customer support issues.
- Analyze system malfunctions, including PCs, printers and software based on Help Desk ticketing system, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Consult with senior product development staff when necessary.
- Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all software/hardware equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance using established configuration standards and procedures.
- Adhere to all procedural standards, including those for validated systems. Maintain associated documentation as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain professional relationship with all levels of our clients’ end user community, including executives.
