Senior Application Developer

MODA Technology Partners is actively engaged in the development of revolutionary software products for the pharmaceutical industry and is seeking creative thinkers and problem solvers with hands-on development experience using .NET technologies.

Job Description:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the application design and development of the MODA product suite as a member of the software development team. This will include the development of new products, substantial feature improvements, and maintenance releases of Moda products as we begin our version 3.0 development cycle.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Microsoft .Net platform (C#, ASP.NET)
  • Web services/SOAP, XML, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server2005/2000, Oracle, SQL Reporting Services and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience including experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP), unit testing, continuous integration, and version control including Visual SourceSafe and/or CVS.
  • Background experience developing on, or integration to, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and scientific equipment/devices.
  • Background experience developing applications for pharmaceutical manufacturing or projects implementing GAMP-based software validation and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
  • Net Framework 2.0, Xamlon, XAML, Gentle .Net or development with other object-relational database abstraction frameworks.
  • Experience with the following tools is helpful: nUnit, FxCop, nAnt, Subversion, bug/issue tracking tools.
