David S. Lipson

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lipson is a deeply experienced senior executive with 38 years in the information technology marketplace. During his career, Mr. Lipson has held sales, sales management, marketing and executive management positions in IBM, Dun & Bradstreet Computer Services, Digital Equipment Corporation and Sungard. Mr. Lipson was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Integrated Systems Consulting Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISCG) which merged with First Consulting Group, Inc (NASDAQ:FCGI) where he was Executive Vice President for Life Sciences and Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lipson has served on the boards of 13 public and private information technology companies. Mr. Lipson has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Penn State and an MBA from Temple University.

Michael W. Desiderio

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Desiderio is an executive with over 20 years of experience providing IT products and services to the life sciences marketplace. His areas of expertise include sales, operational improvement and executive management. Prior to joining MODA, he served as COO and Vice President of Sales for Chariot Solutions, Merck Client Partner for CapGemini, Vice President of Sales for Glemser Technologies, Vice President of Sales for First Consulting Group's Life Sciences Division, and in a number of sales, delivery management, consulting, and software development roles for Integrated Systems Consulting Group and Shared Medical Systems (Siemens). Mr. Desiderio is a graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Steven P. Melick

President

Mr. Melick is an experienced business manager and entrepreneur with over 15 years of professional experience. Mr. Melick was previously founder, President and CEO of The Sycamore Group which was later sold to another private consulting services organization. Prior to Sycamore, Mr. Melick worked for Liberty Mutual, Fannie Mae, Cigna, and was an independent consultant in the information technology marketplace. Mr. Melick serves on the Ben Franklin Technology Partners’ Technology Advisory Committee, holds committee positions for the Society for Information Systems, and is an advisor to the Dean of the School of Information Systems at Drexel University. Mr. Melick has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University.

Michael S. Goetter

Vice President of Product Strategy

Mr. Goetter manages product strategy, competitive analysis and sales support for the MODA product suite. Mr. Goetter was previously Executive Vice President and co-founder of The Sycamore Group and was responsible for business development and vertical industry solutions. Mr. Goetter has extensive experience overseeing project delivery, product development and quality systems implementation for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of Ben Franklin Technology Partners - Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Society of Information Management and is a contributor to the ASTM standard for Laboratory Information Management Systems. Mr. Goetter has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from La Salle University.

Edward J. Lorenti

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Lorenti manages the global sales team at MODA. He has over 20 years of experience providing IT services and products to the healthcare and life sciences industries with extensive experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining MODA, he held Director level sales positions at First Consulting Group and Matthews Media Group, and a number of different sales, business development and management roles at Integrated Systems Consulting Group. Mr. Lorenti is a graduate of Spring Garden College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology.

Robert B. Toal

Director of Marketing and Business Development

Mr. Toal is an innovative manager with over 20 years of experience in providing IT solutions across varied markets including life sciences, aerospace, defense, and telecommunications. He has specific expertise with the successful application of technologies in regulated, manufacturing environments for improved laboratory informatics, corrective and preventative action (CAPA) management, personnel training, and content management of SOPs, batch records, and quality documentation. Prior to joining MODA, Mr. Toal was a Business Development Director for the Life Sciences division of First Consulting Group and a Program Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Toal has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters in Software Engineering from Penn State University.

Anthony B. Mocklow

Director of European Sales

Mr. Mocklow is an executive with 12 years of experience providing IT products and services to the life sciences marketplace. His areas of expertise are International Channel & Partnership Management, knowledge management, performance improvement, regulatory compliance and training. Prior to joining MODA, he served as Director of Business Development for Intellego Systems PLc, Director of Sales for IQ Consultancy Group and Head of International Sales for Element K. Mr. Mocklow is originally from Bermuda, and has lived in the UK (EMEA) for 15 years.
